Whether you want to maintain the room height or use the ceiling cavity, we offer you a tailor-made solution that perfectly suits your needs. And all this with drastically reduced investment and operating costs.

 

The system consists of a lightweight steel or aluminium structure combined with a small-diameter oxygen-tight system pipe. The minimum installation height (room height reduction) is approx. 30 mm and can be mounted on almost any ceiling. The KLIMASAN system is planked with standard clay building boards, gypsum fibre boards or plasterboard as standard.

 

This drywall system can be installed under any raw ceiling and adapts to any floor plan with minimal planning effort. It is equally suitable for new builds and renovations and can be suspended or mounted directly – with an installation height of just three centimetres. In short, it offers maximum flexibility and thus enables high occupancy density in every room. This, in turn, is the key to high performance and efficiency.

Heating & Cooling with one System


Due to its location in the room and its surface area, the ceiling offers ideal conditions for surface heating based on the principle of heat radiation. The impact on the room geometry is minimal compared to any other surface in the room. A particular advantage of the ceiling is that it can also be used optimally for cooling the room.

** To achieve full cooling performance while excluding condensation, moisture must be removed from the room air. For dehumidification, the ventilation system usually installed for hygienic minimum air exchange is sufficient.

Direct Installation


Installation Without Cladding

In storage or production halls, the profiles can be mounted openly on the ceiling - without the usual cladding. This reduces the installation height to two centimetres, lowers costs, and further increases performance.

Installation on Raw Ceiling

When every millimetre counts, the profile can be mounted directly on the ceiling. However, installation is usually done over counter battens or support profiles to reduce the number of drill holes.
